Corn Silverside can be cooked by simmering on the stove top, or in the slow cooker. Delicious when accompanied by mash potato and white sauce.
Your corned silverside will come to you in a vacuum sealed bag, to help keep your meat fresher for longer, when refrigerated below 5°C. Corned silverside is not recommended to be frozen, as it will impact the quality and taste of the brine.
