Our Beer Sticks are made using local beef and pork, seasoned with a blend of spices and sweetened with honey, before being cured and smoked, by our team of butchers out our Westridge store.

All of our deli meats will come in a vacuum sealed bag, with a shelf-life of 45 days, when refrigerated below 5°C. Your deli meats are not recommended to be frozen, as this will impact the quality of the flavour.
