No cures or additives. Just real bacon with added salt.
Because there are no added nitrates, it cooks a little differently. It is recommended to keep the heat gentle and let the fat render slowly for the best texture and flavour.

All of our deli meats will come in a vacuum sealed bag, with a shelf-life of 45 days, when refrigerated below 5°C. Your deli meats are not recommended to be frozen, as this will impact the quality of the flavour.
[Please note: Nitrate-free bacon won’t have the pink colour of traditionally cured bacon. This is completely natural and part of its salt-only curing process.]
